We may request access to your device’s location (while using the app only) to enable features such as filtering users by city. The app remains functional without enabling location access; location is not mandatory and is used only for enhancing user filters.

We collect your device’s latitude and longitude (lat/lng) only if you allow location access, in order to: Filter and display users near your location Enhance search results based on proximity

d) User-Generated Content

Users may upload or share:

• Gym photos
• Daily workout schedules
• Exercise lists
• Gym reviews
• Chat messages

Note: All user-generated content is publicly viewable by other app users. Inappropriate content may be blocked by the admin.

d) Usage Data

We collect general usage and device data for performance and analytics:

• Device type and OS
• App usage (features accessed, session duration)
• IP address
• Crash logs

3. User-Generated Content and Safety

The Gymbud app contains user-generated content. We have implemented the following safety mechanisms:

• Report feature for flagging inappropriate content

• Admin moderation within 24 hours of a report

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared in these cases:

Our app allows users to share content (such as posts, text, images, or videos) via links. These shared links may be accessible outside the app by other users. No additional personal data is collected when a shared link is opened.
